Sources Sought Notice for Rack Mount 1315nm High Power Laser System
The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes to derive a contract vehicle that will provide a Daktronics FB-2018 scoreboard with the specifications detailed in the statement of work for the Naval Academy Preparatory School in Newport, Rhode Island. This acquisition is being performed under a Brand Name Justification. The preferred delivery/installation date is on or before March 31, 2025.
A single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract action under NAICS code 339950 with a size standard of $16.5 million or less is anticipated. This proposed contract vehicle shall provide 1 each a Daktronics FB-2018 scoreboard meeting all of the specifications detailed in the statement of work.
Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, entitled "Solicitation for Information of Planning Purpose," this announcement constitutes a sources sought synopsis for written information only. This is not a solicitation and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. This sources sought notice is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.
