- The Texas Departmentof Agriculture (TDA or Department), an agency of the State of Texas, issues thisREQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)to solicit responses from qualified Respondents to provide a storage facility comprised of approximately 2,000 square feet available for the exclusive use of TDA in Dallas, Texas. The primary purpose of this storage facility is to permit TDA-s Marketing and Public Outreach Division to store a considerable number of items in Dallas, specifically related to the GO TEXAN Pavilion (Pavilion) at the State Fair of Texas. The storage facility will need to be located within 25 miles of the Pavilion, located at 1233 WashingtonSt., Dallas, Texas 75210, within Fair Park. The storage facility must beaccessible by forklift to move pallets of materials in and out of the facility. Respondent will be required to provide TDA with the deliverables, as specified in this RFP and as agreed upon under any contract(s) resulting from this solicitation.
