Sealed Bids Will Be Received By The City Of Dalton Finance Department Located At 300 W. Waugh Street, Dalton, Georgia 30722 Until: Friday, April 11, 2025 At 10am For The Furnishing Of All Materials, Labor, Tools, Skill, Equipment And Incidentals Unless Noted Otherwise For The Construction Of The Project Entitled: Dalton Pickleball Complex At Which Time And Place The Sealed Bids Will Be Publicly Opened And Read Aloud. Bids Received After The Designated Time Will Not Be Considered. The Principal Items Of Construction Are: The Project Consists Of Parking Lot Improvements, Restroom-concessions Building, And 15 Pickleball Courts, And Associated Site Improvements. Bid Alternate Is Include For A Shade Structure. Standards And Specifications Consist Of Mass Grading, Laser Grading, Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Detention And Drainage, Concrete, Fencing And Associated Electrical.
