Sealed Bids Will Be Received By The City Of Damascus, Georgia, For Furnishing All Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment, And Any Other Miscellaneous Items Necessary For The Construction Of Paved Roads And Playground Area In Damascus, Georgia. Bids Will Be Received At The City Hall, 8120 Joe Bryant Street, Damascus, Ga 39841, Until August 15th, 2025 By 11:00 A.m. (local Time). Any Bid Received After Said Time And Date Of Bid Opening Will Not Be Considered By Owner. Bids Will Be Publicly Opened And Read Aloud At This Time And Location. All Bids Will Be Evaluated By Owner And The Project Will Be Awarded, If It Is Awarded, Within 30 Days Of The Bid Opening. The Project Consists Of, But Is Not Limited To The Following Major Elements: The Work To Be Done Shall Consist Of Furnishing All Labor, Materials And Equipment Necessary To Construct Approximately 800 Linear Feet Of Asphalt Paved Road, Parking Area, And Playground Area. Time Of Completion For All Work Associated With This Project Shall Be 120 Consecutive Calendar Days From The Date Of A Written "notice To Proceed" From Owner.
