Description:
This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data. The Government is using only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1).
The nine NSNs below are Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support (Columbus) products that Dana Commercial Vehicle Manufacturing (9R200) is the sole source of supply. This indefinite quantity contract (IQC) solicitation will be issued under FAR part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 and shall be awarded as a firm-fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO), which includes a one-year base period with four one-year options.
