In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Defense Human Resources Activity awarded a modification to the existing DANTES Military Training Evaluation Program (MTEP) contract H9821020C0007 on a sole source basis to American Council on Education. The modification extends performance for six (6) months pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. The redacted Justification and Approval regarding this action is included.
