Description : The California Air Resources Board (CARB) seeks to procure (1) Data Acquisition andControl System for HD Chassis Dynamometer with a warranty, supplies, on-site installation,and training. These specifications are to describe the minimum requirements for a controland data acquisition system for the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Depot ParkFacility located at 8311 Galena Avenue, Sacramento, California. The system shall comprisea control and data acquisition system for a heavy-duty vehicle chassis dyno testing facilitythat includes a partial flow sampling system, raw exhaust flow measurement system, scalesystem and gaseous sampling system. The system shall meet or exceed the requirementsset forth in Title 40, Code of Federal Regulation, Part 1065 (40 CFR Part 1065), latest versionthat pertain to data acquisition systems. The vendor may substitute a piece of equipmentif it is equivalent (comparable) to the technology or specifications requested in thisdocument.
