Revision #1 (effective 20 February 2025):
The Government appreciates the vendors- interests in this requirement, Data and Analytics Services, in support of the Intelligence Systems Support Office, SAF/CDMR.
To further assess respondents- capabilities, the Government is requesting interested potential offerors to provide responses to three (3) questions below:
1. This requirement is not for the development of a new analytic capability. Is the vendor capable of providing maintenance on an existing capability that includes R language code, SQL, GeoArrow, Posit Workbench, Posit Connect, Posit Package Manager, Keycloak, and DuckDB Spatial in the Clairvoyant cloud environment?
2. Due to operational needs, there cannot be a delay in support. Does the vendor have TOP SECRET, SCI eligible Data Scientists prepared to execute on day one of contract award?
3. High quality, university-level instruction is a requirement. Does the vendor have an instructor with 10 or more years- experience teaching the R programing language at the university level?
**Please note that the Government will review only the interested potential offerors- responses that provided responses per the RFI submission requirement (paragraph 2 in the original RFI below) AND that provide responses to the three (3) questions above**
Responses to the above shall not be more than one page. Any responses submitted that exceed one page will not be reviewed. Responses to the three (3) questions above are due 26 February 2025, 4:30pm ET, and shall be sent via email to the POCs listed on this notice.
Note: The NAICS Code, 541618, listed on the original RFI notice is subject to change contingent upon market research completion.
