NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a
sole source award to Data Innovations for an Instrument Manager Software Support for the Salisbury VA Medical Center located at 1606 Brenner Ave., Salisbury, NC, 28144.
It is the Government-s belief that the proposed candidate is the sole source provider of the Software License and all associated products.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are
available and telephone requests will not be accepted.

However, any business that believes it can provide an Instrument Manager Software Support and associated products may give written notice to kamilah.nye@va.gov by 10:00am EST on August 11, 2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the
ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested
to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include: company name,
address, point of contact, phone number, System for Award (SAMs) Unique Entity Id Number,
manufacturer authorization letter, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller
documentation.
Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government
not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the
discretion of the Government.
