Description:
This is Amendment 01 for Request for Quote 36C24426Q0167 (RFQ). The purpose of Amendment 01 is to answer questions received and to extend the closing time & date of the RFQ.
Multiple vendors asked for either a site visit for a walk-through or sharing designs. There is no site visit anticipated; the government is providing diagrams/ photos/ schematics/ Room Layout as sufficient for vendors to make fair quotes. I.e. The Space is approximately 1500 sq ft, space configuration, gear in the overheads or anything in underfloor boards, etc. Photos enclosed in ATT4.
Question regarding, are there common deficiencies the Government typically observes as pertains to quality controls? Nothing was specifically called out identifying major concerns or issues; there are no identified issues other than ensuring contractors are timely, efficient, and use the correct cleaning materials and methods as prescribed.
Documents shall be submitted using MS Office Suite, Excel, or PDF formats. Submission of your response shall be sent via email using MS Office Suite, Excel, or PDF formats not later than Wednesday, January 14th, 2026, to Richard.taylor56@va.gov., by 4:00pm Eastern Time.
