The software provides advanced data integration, GIS mapping, and analytics tools that enable municipalities to track housing conditions, visualize environmental and health risks—such as lead hazards—and direct resources more effectively. It integrates multiple public data sources and internal datasets to support evidence-based targeting of Lead Reduction Program (LRP) resources, enhance transparency around lead remediation efforts, and empower residents, policymakers, and stakeholders with actionable insights.The City believes Tolemi to be a sole source solution due to its unique combination of features, architecture, and demonstrated performance in municipal applications.
