The 60th Contracting Squadron is soliciting quotations for the items and services to complete an Audio-Visual (AV) Upgrade for DGMC. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and qualified personnel necessary to complete the AV system upgrade in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
Site Visit Details
Date: 6 January 2025
Meeting Location: Travis AFB Visitor Center, Bldg. 599, Air Base Pkwy Travis AFB, CA 94535.
Meeting Time: 09:30 AM
Please confirm if you plan to attend the site visit no later than 2 January 2025 12:00 PM PST. Negative responses are not required.
Vendors attending the site visit should arrive to the Travis Air Force Base Visitor Center no later than 0930 to afford time to process background checks in order to attain a base pass. Please see the attached guides: TAFB Security - Sep 2024 and TAFB Security - Installation Access Disqualifiers for further details outlining the documents needed. Individuals that do not possess a REAL ID must present two (2) forms of identification. No more than 2 attendees per company. Failure to bring the appropriate documentation will result in your inability to get a base pass to attend the site visit. No other dates or times will be offered to view the site.
Please route any questions following the site visit to Mr. Teninty and Ms. Rosendo no later than 3:00 PM PST on Wednesday, 8 January 2025. Questions submitted past this deadline will not be accepted. No exceptions. - Documents:
