COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION:
(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business set‐aside. Questions are due by 10:00am ET on April 9th, 2025. ONLY ONE (1) SET OF QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED PER OFFEROR. Quotes are due by 10:00am ET on April 23rd, 2025. Questions and quotes shall be emailed to steven.baum@va.gov with a CC to stefanie.applegate@va.gov.
(ii) Request for Quote ‐ 36C10B‐25‐Q‐0207(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisition Circular 2025‐02(iv) This requirement issued via SAM.gov as a 100% Small Business set‐aside under NAICS 541511 ‐Custom Computer Programming Services.
