The 355th Contracting Squadron is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors capable of providing the services required for a Base-Wide Painting and CRU flooring IDIQ contract at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ.THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ISSUED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION, OR ULTIMATELY AWARD A CONTRACT.Any information provided in response to this notice is strictly voluntary.The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought Notice. Information provided in response to this notice will be used to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside the Air Force. The services required fall within North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, and the applicable small business size standard is $19,000,000.
Description of Services Required: All work shall be in conformance with the requirements of the contract including, but not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management, and other services, and incidentals necessary for the successful completion of each issued delivery order. This contract is for a broad range of buildings requiring painting and/or CRU flooring on Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.
The contract is a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Specific project requirements will be identified in individual task orders. The contractor will be expected to simultaneously accomplish a significant volume of task orders.
