- The County of Orange, Department Name (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) to meet the mental health needs of Medi-Cal members who require more intensive services than standard outpatient care through Day Treatment Intensive Services (DTI). DTI Services will focus on preventing hospitalization and supporting recovery in a community setting through the use of half or full-day Day Treatment Intensive Services. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein. Respondents may apply to serve the Children and Youth population or the Adult population or both. Proposals will be submitted separately for each population.
