This is a design-build project for the complete design and construction of a two-story communication building, a two-story administration building with an antenna tower, a two-bay parking facility, and to provide furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City, Philippines. The communication building-s foundation and structure will be made of reinforced concrete with a flat concrete roof. The flooring will consist of a reinforced concrete slab finished with ceramic tiles. The ground floor will be divided into two main areas: one for operational activities and the other for administrative functions, including individual office spaces. The second floor will include additional breakout rooms, a command-and-control room, and accommodation spaces. An administration building will be constructed adjacent to the communication building, with minimum dimensions of 18 meters by 8 meters. The ground floor will include a receiving area, workstations for ten personnel, a conference room, a toilet, and a connecting entrance to the communication building. The second floor will contain a den and a cafeteria, accessible via an exterior staircase. An antenna tower will be installed on top of the administration building to support the end user's requirement for a robust and reliable communication network. A two-bay covered parking facility will also be constructed in front of the administration building.
