This project converts building 4 Room M930 inot a 700 SF secure server room. The new secure space will be desgined and constructed in accordance with the DoDM 5200.01 Volume 3, and applicable UFCs and other government adapted standards.
This project involves the demolition of existing rooms. New construction includes walls, doors, hard ceilings, new electric, new HVAC, and modification of fire protection features. The construction of the secure space includes RF shielding materials to eliminate the chance of electronic eavesdropping. The doors to the spaces will be secured with electronic monitoring, as well as specialty locking mechanisms.
