This market survey is being conducted by Louisville District Corps of Engineers to determine if there are a reasonable number of interested small business concerns. Project Location: MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL IAP ARS, MINNESOTA
Project Description: Design Bid Build. This project includes both renovation/repair and new construction.
REPAIR: Renovate/repair 7,470 SF of existing mechanical systems (fire suppression and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) within the existing facility.
NEW CONSTRUCTION: Construct a 8,300 SF steel building addition to B820 to include concrete foundation and floor slab, steel frame, insulated membrane low-sloped roof, profile metal exterior siding, concrete masonry unit (CMU) interior walls, interior finishes, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical and communications systems. This project includes all architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems for a complete and usable facility.
Contract duration is estimated at 500 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 . NAICS code is 236220.
