This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Vertiv Corporation. This requirement is to perform Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) on two (2) Vertiv DC Power Systems.
The proposed contract action is to procure the specific service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may submit unclassified responses (capability statement) to this notice by e-mail to Mr. Daniel O-Neill, daniel.oneill.2@us.af.mil and Ms. Kristin Morrison, kristin.morrison.1@us.af.mil, no later than 1:00 PM EST on 25 June 2025. No other communications will be entertained.
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Presolicitation, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
