- Bid Synopsis: DCTS is issuing a RFB to procure tactical equipment for multiple DHS facilities across the State. Currently, individual facilities manage their purchases through simplified bids. The RFB aims to strategically source this equipment by establishing a centralized contract. This approach will ensure access to a standardized range of products/goods at a consistent, delivered pricing. Ideally, as a result of this solicitation, a portion of the goods may be accessible through an online platform. The initial contract term will be for one (1) year, with the option to extent annually for up to four (4), one (1) year terms.
