Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for DDE 2nd Year Instructors (X2) 25-30 at the United States Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA.
The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) pursuant to FAR 13.5. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101 effective 26 October 2018 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
