- Minor renovations of an existing Classroom building to provide new power and data drops from one space to another, and conduit infrastructure feeds from the existing building to a new building pad adjacent the existing building. Site improvements include a new parking lot in a currently wooded area, graded site and building pad, underground conduit infrastructure, dry hydrant stub installation, and ditch repair with new stormwater piping section. Coordination of overhead utility connections with City of Gastonia Electric. The Electrical subcontractor shall also assume terminating electrical feeds of vendor provided and erected modular building.
