The basis for this determination is explained in a written best interest decision prepared by the Executive Director pursuant to 11 AAC 99.040.The Trust land affected by the decision is near Soldotna and is more particularly described as located within Sections 4 &10, Township 5 North, Range 10 West, Seward Meridian, containing approximately 286.82 acres (MH Parcel(s) S50100, S50101, S50102, S50103, S50135, S50136, S50137, S50138).
