This is a Program Announcement for a Worldwide Commissary Upgrade Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) W58P05-204-S-C001 by the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Division (ACC-APG-Tenant) on behalf of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). This CSO solicitation is a competitive solicitation that is continuously open until August 12, 2025.
