- The DeLaveaga Golf Course Roofing Repair project (c402604) will include demolition of portions of existing roof and structural beams, reroof installation, alterations to the rainwater collection scuppers, replacement of fascia and repairs to existing structural beams and joists. The existing roof is approximately 4,500 SF. Coordination between the tenants, contractor, and project staff will be necessary as the tenant spaces will be required to remain in operation during the construction activities.
