The intent of the BAA is to allow co-creation and co-design to develop high quality, effective partnerships that increase the impact of service delivery to Lebanese communities. The BAA also advances USAID-s Acquisition and Assistance Strategy[2] and New Partner Initiative,[3] which seek innovative approaches to procurement and ways to expand and diversify the partner base.
