  Delta 8 10 SOPS has a requirement for the purchase of Universal Switching Corporation digital Matrix Switch parts and spare kit parts. This is a sources sought to identify interested vendors in the requirement to supply Delta 8 10 SOPS with two Matrix Switch S24530 BX-664-D1 and one (1) SPK-S24530BFX-1 (spare kit). This is intended as a sole source requirement. Please see attached DRAFT Justification and Approval document. Universal Switching Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer for the Digital Matrix Switch and holds proprietary rights to its product. See specs below.
  Provide two (2)US Matrix Switch S24530 BX-664-D1 and one (1) SPK-S24530BFX-1 spares kit). All items are required to be new. Refurbished and used equipment will not be accepted.
