This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in reference to all required items contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ).
Award will be based using lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. For proposals to be technically acceptable, it must meet all the specifications outlined in the PWS and specific examples of past performance experience relating to demolition and landscaping services. Relevancy and currency will be used for past performance criteria and only a rating of ACCEPTABLE, NOT ACCEPTABLE, OR NEUTRAL will be given on past performance.
