The Town Of Fairfield (Town) On Behalf Of Its Department Of Community And Economic Development Is Seeking Competitive Bids From Qualified Bidders To Provide All Materials, Labor And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Demolition Project At 254 Greenfield Street, Fairfield, Connecticut As Specified. The Property 254 Greenfield Was Acquired By The Town Of Fairfield In January 21, 2025. The Building Does Have Asbestos Containing Materials (See S&B Environmental Report Dated March 6, 2025). No Lead-Based Paints Above Hazardous Tclp Levels Were Identified. The Removal And Disposal Of Building Materials Must Meet All Federal, State, And Local Requirements. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Notifications And Fees For The Removal All Demolition Related Materials. The S&B Environmental Report Is Attached As An Enclosure For Reference.
