- Richland County (the County) is seeking electronic bids from qualified licensed Primary General Contractors to provide comprehensive management and oversight for the demolition of designated commercial structures.The selected Primary General Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the project, including but not limited to the engagement of appropriately licensed subcontractors for Asbestos Project Design and Air Sampling services. The Primary General Contractor shall ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Services (DHES) regulations, as well as all requirements outlined in the Richland County Scope of Services.
