The City of Florissant seeks a request for proposal for Demolition/Land Clearance and Clean-up of Various Properties in Florissant.*IMPORTANT NOTE: Bids must include utility disconnect and demolition for up to 3 structures: 1 multi-family structure, and 2 residential structures, the associated accessory structures, and pavements (not including public sidewalk).The City of Florissant has deemed the structures at the following addresses a nuisance and uninhabitable.1475 Carla Dr. - Multi-Family1285 Washington Dr. - Residential1440 St. Anthony Ln. - ResidentialElectronic submissions will be received by the City of Florissant-s Engineering Division until 2:00 pm on Friday, December 5th, 2025, at which time, at said office, bids will be publicly opened.
