The Government is seeking experienced firms for the following scope of work: The objective of this project is for the demolition of Building 404 and all associated appurtenances, restore or modify site elements, and protect all existing items. This project is 100% designed and subject to wage rate requirements for construction. Asbestos and lead remediation may be necessary during demolition. All construction shall meet or exceed all requirements per drawings and specifications.
