The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transport needed for the demolition of building 404, including all structural and non-structural components. The project is 100% designed. Asbestos and lead remediation may be necessary during demolition. All construction shall meet or exceed all requirements per drawings and specifications. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The period of performance (PoP) is 180 days. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be available no sooner than 19 March 2025 and will close on or about 18 April 2025. The IFB will only be available via Electronic Transmission on System for Award Management (SAM) site (http://www.sam.gov).
