Demolish building 404 and all associated appurtenances, restore or modify site elements, and protect all existing items in accordance with the attached Drawings and Specifications.

1. SITE VISIT: 15 April 2025, 2:00 PM CST at bldg. 404, Offutt AFB, NE. Interested offerors that currently don't have base access must submit the completed Attachment 02 - 55 SFS Contractor/Vendor NCIC Screening & Pass Request spreadsheet to both Elizabeth Dennis (elizabeth.dennis.2@us.af.mil) and Blaine Terry (blaine.terry.2@us.af.mil) by 09 April 2025, 10:00 AM CST.
a. Due to the presence of mold inside the building, all contractors are encouraged to wear masks. Please bring your own mask as they will not be provided.
2. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to both the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer no later than 23 April 2025, 10:00 AM CST. An amendment addressing these questions will be issued subsequently.
3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 - Size Standard of $19M.
4. This action is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside.
5. The Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
