The 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis Minnesota intends to issue solicitation FA6633-25-B-0001 for Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the Demolition of Officer-s Club B390 and B395, at the Minneapolis-St Paul ARB.
Paper copies of this solicitation are not available. The entire Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be made available only on the website SAM.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for monitoring this document and subsequent amendments. It is anticipated the following viewers are needed to open the solicitation and all attachments: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) and WinZip (.zip or .exe).
This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.203; this acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business set aside.

Work to be performed within NAICS 238910 “Site Preparation Contractors” and the size standard is $16.5 million. The PSC/FSC Code is P400 “Salvage/Demolition of Buildings”. DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Contractor shall provide all professional services, permits, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to fully meet all requirements of this Statement of Work, Construction Specifications, Construction Drawings and all other Contract Documents related to and/or titled: “DEMOLISH OFFICER-S CLUB” at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis Minnesota.
An Invitation for Bid (IFB) is contemplated IAW FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding with a 30-day response time after solicitation posting.
