- Richland County is seeking to hire a Primary General Contractor to oversee the demolition of Commercial Structures. The Primary General Contractor will be responsible for hiring DHES-licensed sub-contractors to perform the Project Design and Air Monitoring. The General Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that DHES (DHEC) guidelines are followed as they pertain to the demolition of the structures. The General Contractor will also be responsible for ensuring that all Richland County Scope of Service requirements are met.
