Amendment 0001. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from interested vendors. In providing answers to the questions, treatment service lines were added to the price list and the Performance Work Statement is revised accordingly. Revisions to paragraph 5.6.16 (removed entirely) along with adding required treatment services under appendix A are annotated in red.
The date and time for quotes due IS extended to Monday, September 22, 2025 at 8:30 p.m. PDT.
Quoters are required to complete the revised pricing lists and the SF30 Amendment 001.
