BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work is intended to support increased visitation to Denton Hill State Park by renovating existing buildings and infrastructure allowing for improved four-season recreation within the park. Work includes but is not limited to the renovation of, and addition to, the former ski lodge. This renovation will transform the ski lodge into an Adventure Center that will become the starting point for visitors' experiences in the park and the wider region, providing guests with information and amenities for their visit. In addition to the Adventure Center renovation, work includes improvements to site grading and access, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, partial renovation of the maintenance building, new outdoor event gathering spaces, and rehabilitation of sewer, water, and electric utility infrastructure.ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $13,800,000.00.
