Evaluation of Offers: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on best value to the Government with no ranking to include technical acceptability, price, and delivery date. Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the salient characteristics in the attachment provided. Offerors MUST have the correct socio-economic set-aside under the aforementioned NAICS to be considered for award.
