THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, FACILITIES, TRANSPORTATION, TOOLS, MATERIALS, SUPERVISION, ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING, AND OTHER ITEMS NEEDED TO CONSTRUCT THE DEPLOYABLE SPARE PARTS WAREHOUSE. THE COMPLETE SCOPE OF THE AWARD IS AS OUTLINED IN THE GOVERNMENT-S SOLICITATION AND IS INCLUSIVE OF THE 100% DRAWINGS/SPECIFICATIONS FOR EACH PROJECT. THE NAICS FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220 COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD FOR NAICS 236220 IS $45,000,000. THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $1,000,000 AND $5,000,000. THERE ARE FOUR BRAND NAME REQUIREMENTS; MONACO FIRE SYSTEMS, STANLEY BEST LOCKS, ADVANTOR SECURITY SYSTEMS, AND JOHNSON CONTROLS. THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; OPTION 1-SODDING AND OPTION 2-WEST PARKING LOT ADDITION. AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE BIDDER WHOSE BID CONFORMS TO THE INVITATION FOR BIDS AND IS MOST ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE GOVERNMENT CONSIDERING ONLY PRICE AND PRICE RELATED FACTORS.
