Procedure used to solicit and award contract: This notice is for the issuance of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call request on BPA CORP 2.0”. This will be a competitive request for quotes under a previously issued BPA. Only current BPA holders can quote the forth coming call request.
Description:This is a synopsis notice of intent to use the already existing CORP BPA to advertise and award Deschutes NF BFR-SIS Reforestation, Grubbing, Caging, Netting. The solicitation is to secure services for 1) conifer tree planting of Government furnished tree seedlings by handtool (hoedad or shovel) method on up to 243 acres, 2) grubbing (cut, scrape, pull) of all live vegetation in an 18” radius (36” diameter) of every planted seedling on up to 243 acres, 3) optional installation of vexar mesh seedling protectors up to 88 acres 4) installation of flexible netting (tiller netting) up to 155 acres, on the Deschutes National Forest.
