The Regional Procurement Support Office, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

Design and Construction of Compound Emergency Sanctuary at Carl Schurz Siedlung for the US Consulate Frankfurt, Germany

The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction type contract during the second quarter of calendar year 2025.

The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established timeframe.
The United States Consulate in Frankfurt needs to award a Contract for design and construction of Compound Emergency Sanctuary (CES) at Carl Schurz Siedlung (CSS) in Frankfurt, providing FEBR doors and windows, hardening existing walls to achieve FEBR protection, ventilation, Emergency Action Plan (EAP) storage for storing food and water, and to renovate existing bathrooms and offices to accommodate floor plan modifications and FEBR upgrades.
All work shall be in accordance with international professional standards of skill, safety, and diligence.

The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for the entire project.
