Posted is a revised Draft Attachment 0004 - Highest Technically Rated Offeror Self-Scoring Matrix subsequent to the May 14, 2025 release of the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC-25-R-0026 for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), for Design, Build, and Commissioning requirements at Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition facilities within the United States. A revised Draft RFP, Statement of Work and answers to industry questions will be forthcoming in the near future.

The purpose of providing this matrix is to obtain any additional industry questions, comments, and feedback prior to releasing the Final MATOC RFP W519TC-25-R-0026. The Government is not utilizing this documentation to negotiate or solicit proposals, and the issuance of this matrix does not serve to bind the Government in any way. Portions of the matrix shared is subject to change.
