The work includes, but is not limited to: (1) complete Design Build architectural/engineering services to develop final design drawings and construction documents from a previously completed schematic design; (2) construction of a new central utility plant including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and generators; (3) demolition of the existing boiler plant; and (4) ancillary construction services including parking/pavement, connection to existing utilities, commissioning, et al.
