** The Solicitation is for NMACC III, Pool 1 existing contract holders **
This is a new Design-Build construction services requirement to design and build a fixed Seagoing Buoy Tender (WLB) wharf and pier at USCG Sitka Mooring (Sitka, AK). This effort includes, but is not limited to, designing and constructing a new wharf with connection to shore lighting, shore tie connections and fenders. This project includes site improvements, utilities, permits, and all incidental related work.
BASE ITEM - Provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permitting, and other necessary ancillary services to design and construct a new fixed Seagoing Buoy Tender (WLB) wharf, a new fixed approach pier, and associated infrastructure to homeport one WLB at USCG Sitka Mooring (Sitka, AK).
OPTION ITEM 01: Design-Build Boat Bay Maintenance Facility. Provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permitting, and other necessary ancillary services to design and construct a new boat maintenance building and associated utility work.
OPTION ITEM 02: Design-Build Landside Sitework. Provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permitting and other necessary ancillary services to design and construct landside sitework such as earthwork, demolition, paving, and utilities not included in Base Item or other option items.
OPTION ITEM 03: Design-Build FRC Floating Dock and Mooring Dolphin.
A. Provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permitting and other necessary ancillary services to design and construct waterfront, shore facilities, and associated infrastructure necessary to homeport one Fast Response Cutter (FRC). The work includes a new FRC floating dock and new gangway.
