The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to identify potential qualified Small Businesses, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) businesses, SBA certified HUBZone businesses, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), SBA certified Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), or SBA certified Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) with current and relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and the capability to perform fixed-price Design/Build Services.

Project Description:
The GSA intends to demolish and replace two existing Active Vehicle Barrier-s (AVB-s) at the State St tunnel and demolish and replace the two existing Active Vehicle Barrier-s (AVB-s) at the Elm St tunnel including integration of controls in the USMS control room and ballistic-rated guard booth.
