This amendment is created to incorporate the following:As a result of the site visit conducted on April 16, 2025; 10:00am - 2:00pm the questions in theattached document were submitted and a response provided by the technical team. Please review theattached document (Amendment 0001 - SIR No - 697DCK-25-R-00210 - Q-A -Boston ATCT Center ConsolesReplacement) included with this amendment for a complete list of the questions and answers.Additionally, please refer to the attached CAD drawing and Delivery Scheme Drawings 1 and 2 forthe access points for the delivery of the consoles.
Given the length of time left before the solicitation due date and responses to the submittedquestions, the due date is hereby extended from 05/08/2025 at 1700 ET to 05/15/2025 at 1700 ET.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the Design, Fabrication, Delivery and Installation of a Center Slatwall/Consoles system at the Boston Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). To support this effort the FAA seeking firms possessing the capability and experience necessary to provide modular slat-wall consoles for ATCT Cabs. Durability, efficiency, and flexibility are the keys to the effectiveness of the proposed Slatwall/Consoles system. The equipment must last through the rigors of daily use in an environment where the equipment may be in use 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Specific requirements associated with this effort can be found in the attached SIR documents.The responses to this Screening Information Request (SIR) will be evaluated in order to select the firm that offers the best value to the FAA. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals and intends to award one Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this SIR.
