Description:
The City of Republic is requesting a consultant or consulting firm to produce the following items as they relate to the development of a comprehensive Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan 1) Create a final document that serves as the City-s ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan as required by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act including associated coordination, data collection, and field work. The self-evaluation shall address services, programs, and activities; policies and procedures; facility access; public rights-of-way; and communications, consistent with 28 C.F.R. § 35.105. 2) Create map files (kmz, shp, or similar) for long-term tracking of ADA improvements in the City-s GIS system including discrepancies, identified, issues, and recommended solutions. Deliverables must include GIS feature classes (or shapefiles) with standardized attribute fields (e.g., asset type, location, photos, condition, barrier code, ADA/PROWAG complian
