The Classic Center Authority (cca) Is Seeking Qualifications Submittals For Architecture/interior Design Services For A Prospective Renovation And Upgrade Of The Existing Athena Ballroom Of The Classic Center In Athens Georgia. The Request For Qualifications (rfq) Package Can Be Obtained By E-mailed Request To The Issuing Officer Herein. Some Firms Determined Especially Qualified Will Be Eligible For Further Consideration To Provide Design Services, Per The Cca Rfq#blrmdesign-1. All Respondents Are Cautioned To Completely Review The Entire Rfq And Follow Instructions Carefully. Restriction Of Communication- From The Time Of Advertisement Of This Solicitation Until A Prospective Contract Is Executed (final Award) With Successful Respondent And Such Final Award Is/are Announced, Interested Firms Are Not Allowed Or Permitted To Communicate About This Solicitation Or Scope With Any Staff Or Any Official Representatives Of Cca Or Stakeholder Agencies Other Than The Issuing Officer And Except For Submission Of Questions As Instructed In The Rfq, Or As Provided By Any Existing Work Agreement.
