- The County of DeKalb, GA (the \"County\"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title. Responses are to be submitted via the Citys eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date. Late responses will not be accepted.Project work includes Flat Shoals Parkway (SR 155) Sidewalk from Columbia Drive to Wesley Chapel Road. The project includes adding new sidewalk on both sides of Flat Shoals Parkway (SR 155) to create continuous sidewalk on both sides of SR 155 from Columbia Drive to Wesley Chapel Road. Existing sidewalk will be upgraded, where needed, to meet current ADA standards. The project will also include a new protected pedestrian crossing in the vicinity of Flat Shoals Park. The total length of the project is 2.1 miles. The consultant will provide all preliminary engineering design services based on the Georgia Department of Transportation-s Plan Development Process (PDP) for concept reports thru final design.
